The store

Prices are in USD. Grimora is an independent US-facing Halloween retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film studio, rights holder or character owner. Products are sold as costume and decoration pieces; where a product resembles a character, that resemblance is descriptive and no licence, endorsement or association is implied. Sale pricing is valid while shown and while stock lasts.

Product information

We make every reasonable effort to display descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices and availability, or limit quantities at any time.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate personal, billing and shipping information; review the product details before ordering; follow tracking after shipment; and contact us promptly if anything is wrong with your order.

Reviews and content

By submitting a review, photo or feedback you allow Grimora to display and use that content for the store.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email the confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill — including a pricing error obvious on its face — and will say why.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Promotional discounts apply only within their stated dates and conditions.

Product use

Props are decorative. Follow the included setup and anchoring instructions; ratings such as wind resistance assume installation as directed. Keep electrical items away from standing water and use outdoor-rated extension cords outdoors.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Intellectual property

The Grimora name, logo, product photography and site content are ours; do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Season warranty

Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects until January 31 of the year after purchase — a full season plus the teardown. Covered: motors that stop, lights that fail, seams that open, frames that bend in conditions the product is rated for. Send a photo and the order number and we replace the piece or the part.

Not covered: normal wear on fabric and paint, damage from a named storm or from installation against the instructions, pieces left out past the season, and anything modified or repaired by someone else.
